AI, Call Recording & Telephony Consent

1. Nature of the Service

InBoundly answers inbound calls and messages using an automated AI agent that speaks and writes on your behalf, and it can transcribe those interactions. Call recording is off by default and only occurs if you choose to enable it. You understand the Service is automated and that you — not InBoundly — control how it is configured and used in your business's communications.

2. Your consent and disclosure obligations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every communication handled by the Service complies with applicable law, including:

3. InBoundly is a tool; you are the caller/sender

As between you and InBoundly, you are the party initiating and controlling communications with your callers and contacts. InBoundly provides the technology; it does not determine whom you contact, what consents you have, or what disclosures your business must make. You will not use the Service to place unlawful calls or messages.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify InBoundly for claims arising from your communications, your recording or monitoring of calls, your outbound messaging, your AI-disclosure decisions, or your failure to obtain required consents, as set out in the Terms of Service.

5. Suggested disclosure language

You choose whether and how to use these; confirm wording for your states and channels:
